About this deal

Great size for most applications. price is a little bit high but for Knipex it'll be worth it for the quality and lifetime of the tool.

The primary difference between the 7-inch and 10-inch Knipex pliers wrenches is their size and weight. The smaller 7-inch wrench is lighter and more compact, making it perfect for tasks where space is limited. In contrast, the 10-inch wrench offers a larger jaw capacity and greater leverage, making it better suited for heavy-duty tasks. Jaw Capacity This one tool replace my set of three adjustable wrenches, allowing me to be more compact with my tool bag and also add more innovative tools like this! Also very compact for tight spaces. Debated getting these for 2 years, tried a set out from another plumber and bought this set the next day. Easy adjustments, large capacity and nice turning action. Moved all my crescent wrenches from my bag to my tool chest and haven't touched them again. Only wish I would have bought the larger set in a bag, next time! Universal cross jaw tweezers, hold automatically due to their spring force, ideal helpers for soldering

Excellent improvement on an already excellent design. The jaws can no open wider than the original older design. I would recommend purchasing both these and the 10" version. They have a place in mechanic's or plumbers toolbox. In many cases these can replace an entire set of large combination wrenches in areas where clearance is not an issue. 5/5 on design, 5/5 on quality.
