About this deal

Marcos coordinates all production, from cane field to pot still, and is constantly seeking out ways to improve their our organic farming and distillation methods.

Abelha Cachaa Gold is aged for 3 years in small 250L garapeira wooden barrels, during which time some undesirable elements can evaporate away, and the wood imparts a beautiful mellow tone to the cachaca. Abelha Organic Cachaca 70cl is a full-flavoured artisanal cachaça from a small distillery in the highlands of Bahia, Brasil. The base of the screw top doesn't have the perforated seam, and there is no band underneath, resulting in a very sharp edge.We get our yeast by culturing yeast found growing naturally on green sugar cane we do not use lab-selected or single strain yeasts. We now supply restaurants and pubs as well as weddings, corporate events and, of course, individuals.
